October 2017 - Any visitor to the club will have noticed in recent weeks, there are major renovations going on in the staging area with a new Golf Café & Outdoor seating area (named as the “Breeze Terrace”). Work is well underway and it is hoped that work will be completed in August. The new layout will allow a comfortable outdoor area for refreshments fed by a new ground floor kitchen allowing a faster service so the food will be piping hot and the beer super cool.
Additional to the Golf cafe are brand new Ladies Lockers which are now located where the old Pro Shop used to be. This all new facility allows the indoor area of the Golf Cafe to be significantly expanded despite now featuring it’s own kitchen and a recreational area featuring Pool and Darts which will add the the enjoyment of a day of Golf at Handara.
Golf registration and and all new Pro Shop will now be in the same dedicated area, to the left of the Hotel Lobby.Long established members may recall this area was a Karaoke area back in the day.
