After working our way around the golf course, our day at Handara Golf & Resort Bali is not complete. As we part ways with our expert caddies, we head indoors to clean up and relax before going upstairs for an amazing lunch.

The locker rooms at Handara are located on the lower ground floor, with direct access out to the starter, driving range, putting green, pro shop and golfers’ cafe. The mens side features nearly 200 lockers, enabling Handara Golf & Resort Bali to host events that other courses on the island simply can’t handle.
A hot shower and a soak in the traditional Japanese spa bath are great ways to loosen up any muscle stiffness and relax after a round. Massage and spa treatments are also available on site. After drying off and changing clothes, we head up to the upper ground floor of the resort’s main building.
Upstairs are the resort’s meeting facilities with expansive ballrooms and meeting rooms. Adjoining these facilities is the open and airy Katmandalu Restaurant, which offers an extensive array of delicious Asian and Western cuisines. With a view over the 9th green and practice areas, it’s a great place to grab a bite and discuss the day’s best shots- as well as the could-have-been’s.

After a nice lunch and a discussion of the day’s round, we decide to head over to the lobby lounge to plan the strategy for tomorrow’s round over a few cocktails. The best bogey golf strategy is often formed with the help of a few post-round drinks!
