- The Appetizer: A trio of authentic starters (Tum Ayam, Tum Tahu, Serombotan) to awaken the palate.
- The Main: Choose between the rich Tilapia in Balinese Spices (slow-cooked Nyat Nyat style) or classic Chicken Satay served with Balinese Plecing.
- The Ritual: Dessert (Sumping & Bubur Injin) served in a traditional Keben basket—a sweet finish to evening.
